WTB Intel motherboard Lga775 socket, G35 chipset

Want to buy a intel original motherboard new or in very good condition for lga775 socket G35, G43 or G45 chipset.
Requirements are as follows:
1) 4 DIMM slots to fit my existing 2*4=8GB DDR2800MHZ Ram
2) 4 or more Sata ports to my existing 4 sata hdds
3) Should support my existing Cpu intel Q9550, Q6600, max tdp 95 W, 45nm

My current motherboard Dg35ec has gone bad. I found following motherboard to be suitable for my requirement :
1) DG35EC 2) DG43GT 3) DG45ID 4)DG45CB

Kindly recommend any other available motherboard compatible with my requirements. Let me know if motherboard listed above is available for sale.
