I like it and have 2 old am3 pc will use on them. And the build quality of earlier generation of coolers ia much better than the flimsy ones we get now. Have used asus triton 77 , cm hyper 520 and 620, then cm 212x. Quality of build has come down recently.

Oh boy every thermalright cooler is special. I was using a HR01X, meant for server xeon LGA771 on my AM4 PC using a custom DIY mount.

Ofcourse you can get new BTK kits aka new mounts including AM4 for old cooler. I've got a couple of them too
