Accessories: VESA mount, power adapter.
Recently replaced the cooling fan as the old one went bad. Was mainly used to run some docker containers.
Apart from some surface blemishes, everything else is very good condition and hence the condition is rated appropriately as well to 3/5.

The cooling fan was replaced DIY or by the Service Center? i.e. is it a like for like replacement?

The fan went bad after warranty period. I raised a ticket with Intel support and after explaining that the spares are not available anywhere, they were kind enough to send me a replacement fan which I replaced myself.

The factory-installed fan failure scenario on the NUC6i7KYK is an officially acknowledged issue. No need to worry though, as you can request a replacement fan kit (as done by @kanishk619) or opt for an RMA replacement for the entire unit under warranty.

I would like to mention that during last cleanup, one of the nut which holds the backplate with NUC came loose. It doesn't create any problem as such and the everything still holds perfectly fine. These pictures were taken few minutes back.
