The entire world is on 100Mbps lines and over here we have some guy with 2Mbps connection dancing and singing in the bar like he has conquered the entire world. (new BSNL Ad)

Heh.. yeah If I remember correctly, the wordings went something like this :

BSNL Super-speed!

2mbps - That's all I need!

^^live streaming doesnt require that much bandwidth :)

Im not talking about youtube videos :)

Don't they restrict this to only British IP addresses. The BBC as you know is funded by the public of that country in the form of a TV license paid annually.

That was just an example, south koreans have their own video channels on iptv.

Here a 100 Mbit lan card isn't standard so such internet speeds are still far off. Maybe mtnl will introduce a 100mbit plan soon at a nominal price of Rs 1 crore /month and 1GB downloads free...

I think my GPRS plan from BSNL is best one.. Only Rs 300/month rent & unlimited browsing + downloding..Muhahaha FTW
transfer rate vary from 10-17 Kbps..:D:

in gujarat, all bsnl lines are 2mbps...
this argument could go on for a while lolz

the minimum basic plan is 250bucks a month...that too is 250 bucks :)

What you say?

I live in Ahmedabad and BSNL is the same here as it is everywhere else.
256k unlimited for 750 per month and 2mbps with night unlimited for 500 per month.
Please tell me where and how you got 2mbps unlimited for 750 per month.
