You could try re-installing ultrasn0w from Cydia! Also, check if your baseband version after flashing is 06.15! If it's not, unlock will not work for you!

i have tried every thing but noluck my specs are

5.15.04 bb

bootloadeer 6.04

firmware 4.2.1

i think there is no unlock for the above combination until now if there is any workaround without upgrading the baseband plzz let me know

there is one way by upgrading the base band to ipad bb 6.xx but iam not preferring that as there are many problems by doing so.
 
^^If you do not need GPS, there are no other issues in upgrading your phone's baseband to that of iPad! Some of the members of the dev-team are already working on the downgrade method for the baseband and won't be long before it's out!
 
ok guys then ill wait untill a new version of ultrasn0w is released which supports 5.15.04 bb or any downgrade software which supports bootloadeer 6.04.

please update me if any of the unlock process is released which supports 5.15.04 bb,

bootloadeer 6.04 and firmware 4.2.1

i have waited long enough and there is no fix till date so today iam going to update the BB to 6.15 for iphone 3gs any last suggestions ????????????
