iPhone earphone+mic also works with Nokia 3.5mm connector ...?

A earphone+mic that works with iPhone, will it also work with a Nokia phone with 3.5mm connector ? Or is there a diff ?

It will work .I have seen people using the MP21 ( Sound Magic ) for iphone and Nokia phones.

the iphone oem iem will work just as a headphone on your nokia , the mic wont work , neither will you be able to receive calls via the headphone button
