Best option is to take Reliance Internet man...u get same speeds at lesser costs...2ms ping with Reliance Users and on the HUB u get 100mbps dload speed!
There can be many reasons for frequent disconnection, but it is mainly because of problem in line.
Log a complain and get your line checked. You can also check for open wire.
