Is desitorrents.com accessible from India

looks like my ISP has blocked it. Using TunnelBear with USA country, I could access it. Anyone else facing such issues ?

Its bloocked here too, comes up with HTTP Error 404 - File or Directory not found
same for extratorrrent.cc , have to keep turning on/off zenmate
