Do get a separate 3.5mm male to female jack/extension if you want to use high gain mode on the regular
I am still having trouble understanding what you guys are reffering to, Can you link me to one please?

So the sonata has an auto gain sensor, which switches to high gain mode when it detects headphones more than 100ohms or so. The problem with planars is, they have usually low sensitivity even with low ohms. So to trick it into a high gain mode you can add an extension such as the below, so that it technically starts with an infinite ohms and start in high gain mode:

Yep, certainly. I bought Hidizs s9 pro back in mid-august. S9 pro was only available on audiostore.in back then. So far it’s serving me well.
