At this point he seems to be deadset on those files being the root cause of the "slowness" otherwise even I would leave it alone. Don't know if it's worththis much effort unless it's drastically slow. I personally feel it's probably the hardware of the laptop itself. It would be far more infamous online if these oem files were why people's laptop were performing "slow", even then I'm not too sure to what system he is comparing it to know that the laptop is "slow" in the first place.if @becool773 doesnt mind, the best way would be a registry tweak, done and dusted but I dont recommend that to normal users because if anything happens you are stuck with a dead windows, heck I have started over multiple times because I ****ed up my registry and it was too much of a PITA to debug and fix it.
I believe it's security updates. The Iso's still get security updates from microsoft (as they are from microsoft), the only massgrave involvement here would be the keygen. But I've personally installed the lenovo tools for my laptop. PC there's nothing except for security updates.Huh, that shouldnt happen, do you mean that you cant disable updates or that you are getting OEM updates?
