Issues after fresh os install

if @becool773 doesnt mind, the best way would be a registry tweak, done and dusted but I dont recommend that to normal users because if anything happens you are stuck with a dead windows, heck I have started over multiple times because I ****ed up my registry and it was too much of a PITA to debug and fix it.

At this point he seems to be deadset on those files being the root cause of the "slowness" otherwise even I would leave it alone. Don't know if it's worththis much effort unless it's drastically slow. I personally feel it's probably the hardware of the laptop itself. It would be far more infamous online if these oem files were why people's laptop were performing "slow", even then I'm not too sure to what system he is comparing it to know that the laptop is "slow" in the first place.

Huh, that shouldnt happen, do you mean that you cant disable updates or that you are getting OEM updates?

I believe it's security updates. The Iso's still get security updates from microsoft (as they are from microsoft), the only massgrave involvement here would be the keygen. But I've personally installed the lenovo tools for my laptop. PC there's nothing except for security updates.

yeah agreed lol, best way to test this would be a fresh install with internet disabled and check for loading times vs with a normal install but at this point he's just using up his SSD writes.

try getting the enterprise version from massgrave and use that for installation, it should prevent crap like this from happening, also how are you installing windows? via their tool?

windows has different licenses for multi-language vs single language versions, just grab the iso from massgrave and activate it with their scripts, also there's an option in windows update/BIOS (not sure where) that enables you to stop driver updates etc from OEM being installed by default, try enabling that option,

The laptop already came with a home version there is no need for an enterprise or any other version. My question is different, In the preinstalled windows, he could select the display language as english us or english India. But this variant, the iso downloaded from MS's website the international version of home 11, it is saying that the windows license supports only one display language

Maybe this article from dell might help. Scroll down to the part where it says Windows 11 - Stopping Automatic Driver and BIOS Updates. But it seems GPedit is not accessible unless it's windows pro. There's a workaround for it somewhere on the web though.

Although I am running an enterprise os (windows 10) that does still get updates which incase the option you suggested doesn't work, would put OP back to square one. Hopefully this works

You should really try a simple google search for such queries. That's what I did.
Your windows 11 license is only for english (us) or english (india). That is only just the display language. No functionality is affected aside from the display language. If that really bothers you then install the windows 11 usa edition

this is what I'm saying, its a license issue, and like @Rezep said, its just display language and would you really use any other display language? its a non-issue

50-100 gigs? but its a non issue, SSDs these days have way more endurance than what they are rated for and even if you only measure till what they are rated for, they'll still last you a solid decade

P.S. He called their customer support. Some level 4 guy called him and said that as long as the bios is from them all these softwares will keep on getting auto installed with each windows update as they have some agreement with ms. Moreover if these are removed then warranty becomes void.

The balls to say warranty becomes void if SOFTWARES are removed. They can't do that. So either the tech support guy is bullsh*tting here or thats a lawsuit waiting to happen.

Not enough to cause any concern. Even if it consumes 50GB and you reinstall windows daily (absurd but lets assume it) you are looking at minimum 3000 days before the SSD goes bad (assuming the typical 150TB TBW rating). That is over 8 years of daily windows reinstall.
