Btw, If you would like to know how this was fixed then I can teach you guys how I did it, , of course for a small fee considering you guys didn't try to help in anyway apart from repeatedly replying that Google can't do anything..

For using with Chromecast, you need a USB Hub with PD pass through. Mere presence of usb C port foesnt means it has PD pass through.
Also, the stock charger supplied with Chromecast is unable to power both hub and Chromecast, so you'll need at least 18-20 W PD charger.
I am using cable creation hub since many years now.

I have already fixed my chromecast with the usb hub that I shared (portronics)
and just to clear this hub is designed to even charge laptops...

I am also using a hub, but with the stock charger, I just use ethernet and will probably have issues if I add more devices though.
