*Sweeter midrange, tighter bass
*More comfortable
*More accessories
JVC Marshmallow pros.:-
*More bass quantity w/o loosing much quality
*Robust construction/better built
*Cable less prone to micro-phonics.

^All subjective ofcourse, Both are great for the price, cost roughly the same, SQ is more or less in the same ball-park and are both available from the same seller . You cannot go wrong with either.
