I had put special coatings on my finger (it took a month to go away last time I voted), this buggers seeing that it wasn't sticking well put 1 inch of ink in width and length, luckily I didn't expose the ink to sun rays and wiped it of when I returned home. I hate that ugly ink

There was a BJP minister who wrote a book about how he thinks EVM's cannot be trusted back in 2010. Of course this was the reason they lost back in 2009
Every party alleges some sort of malfunction, rigging, you name it....when they lose. But are quiet when they win

What Hackathons? It is all just hogwash. Nobody has been given access to the devices officially. That open challenge is just a farce. They expect you to prove that the device can be tampered without giving access to show it. Any thing you say as a theory or approach would be invalidated and ignored since it cannot and will not be verified on actual machine. Results obtained on stolen EVM's have been ignored and suppressed though legal action. There is enough work around it long before even BJP game into power.

I am willing to bet that any half decent security analyst can poke holes all over it if they were given legitimate access.
My cousin has worked as a contractor for ECIL in assembling these machines right from fabrication of the PCB's and has also gone on election duty as technicians. From what he described, they are not that complicated. Also technicians probably have debug access. I didn't try to get too many details from him, but I understand that technicians may be one of the weak links to compromise if somebody wants to tamper the system.
Also, the very concept that something like this cannot be tampered with is absurd. The only security that anything built in India has is security though obscurity and legality. They say any system is secure by locking out security experts from testing it.

These machines travel under armed guard. If you capture a machine you can reprogram it but as i said to PM, you got to capture a lot of machines to pull it off...the electronic equivalent of ballot stuffing

1) The Election commission is totally controlled by BJP appointees and yes men. Two days before retirement, the previous EC commissioner gave a judgement on AAP MLA disqualification that the High court struck off and called the order "Bad in law". Which basically translates to what are you smoking while passing such orders. To think that such an organisation would go further and make it easy for its master to win, is only logical.That's two reasons for you to elaborate on, let's see how good the answers will be

Show me these hundreds of instances. There are multiple tests conducted before and after an election with agents of all parties present. If there is any malfunction it will be caught before voting is to take place. See, you would know this if you understood the procedure but you won't do that.

The proof is in the statements of the leaders. EVERY leader has accepted the results and pretty soon after results are announced. That is fantastic compliance ACROSS THE BOARD. We have many parties, many states. loads of elections. All this country does is go to bloody elections. What more vindication do you want.
