Kasab not guilty-his advocate

-Every man has a right to defend himself in a court of law.

-He can plea whatever he wants.

-Innocent until proven guilty.

All this is supposed to mean that we still live in a civil & law abiding society.

PS. Its just his lawyer trying to garner publicity from the trial .. by extending this to the maximum extent as possible.

A simple guilty plea wouldn't have caused so much media hype & attention.

Lots of elements at play here than just the innocence of Kasab.
 
That guy needs to be hung from the Gateway of India and then stoned to death.....I hope than terrorists will take India seriously. Today, we have made a farce of our country by even bothering to take this guy to court, and spend precious money on keeping him safe. Now they will take years to hang the dude and in the meanwhile, some dude with a gun will hijack a plane and get him released....
 
i mean this is too much

because of this law abiding society we had to see kandhar episode and many more

hang that ba*t*** , finish this episode off

PS: i dont want to get in some arguments with anyone here , just reading about it makes me frustrated with our policies and mindset

wow, i love this country, people from other states cannot come in, but a terrorist can come, kill & still stay alive & he is well protected by tax payers money.

Vigilante justice .. considering yourself // your emotions & beliefs above the law of the land.. These terrorists operate by the same mindset.

Yes you should love this country .. and hopefully will use this sentence without sarcasm the next time ..

Also please you should try to bring together two completely unrelated issues and use them to justify each other.
 
The only thing i like about kasab is his celeb status have made life tough for all hardcore criminals in arthur road jail ...

Now no one gets bhav plus smuggling of their daily addictive dose have been made tough

Regarding Kasab...i guess the law needs to check within itself...DO they take so long to decide...We all know within 10-11 months even sadam was executed and we still waiting for the law to decide
 
Timming matters.. like in the Saddam Hanging case..

Bush timed the execution to maximize the political/public support.

Similarly our politicians will also use this push forward some agenda.

both are internal matters & a national issue, nothing is unrelated as far as the countries unity & security is concerned.

for your information : In both the matters, the common man is targeted, this is how it is related, it might not be related to you if you are moving in a Bentley or have a helipad on your rooftop, in that case you should start moving on roads & use public transport.
 
The Common man does bear the brunt of these tragic happenings .. for he is a soft-target without a voice or power to defend himself.

he could be hung to death for illegal possession of fire arms , stealing a car,destruction to property and counts of murders, i am no lawyer but i am sure these charges can be framed on kasab.
 
Terrorists do not fear death, they already on a suicide mission, so hanging him means making martyr out of him, which i do not agree to, he is not a leader of any terror organization so there is a least chance that anyone would want to release him, infact his own people want him dead.

And what the heck was he doing with automatic weapons. Though could play cops and robbers across the border like that, not here. I fail to understand, why it is taking so long for our court of law.

All that will be done.. & more.

Guys .. this is still a trail by a court of law. Charges are framed against him. The prosecution will pursue a death-sentence for the accused.

As with every trial .. the accused is required to make a plea(innocent/guilty) to the court before the trial can commence. Its just a matter of legal proceeding.

All trials happen this way.
 
they are waiting for terrorists to do another hijack and then demand this guy. I know they have kept him in custody for more information but its being stretched too much. and the spending govt is doing for keeping him alive is just a joke and slap in the face of every Indian who has suffered because of the attack.

I say end that sentence right there as it is true.

And yes we should hang him at once. Reason - preventing Kandahar 2.
