Please PM me screen shot of the error you are getting. Did you added the activation code in your my kaspersky account or not? Because then only kaspersky can help to solve any issue you are facing from the code. Try to remove the code and install it again and let me know the result. Do not worry i am here to assist you regarding this. PM me all details i am waiting :)
