PC Peripherals keyboard drivers for windows 7

My windows 7 ultimate(x86) crashed a couple of days ago.Since then, my keyboard has stopped working.
It works fine in the bios but stops as soon as logon screen appears.
I have two keyboards one is ps2 and the other is usb. Both of them have the same problem.
I cant seem to find the default windows keyboard drivers on the net.
Any suggestions?

It is a basic IBM keyboard(kb0225).

The other one is QHM8900m mini keyboard.

I have used these with many different versions of windows and linuxes and never needed any additional drivers.

They used to work perfectly with win7 also.It is only after the crash(BSOD) that they stopped working.

If it works fine in BIOS but not in Win7, then Win7 installation is corrupt. Reinstall Win7.

Its not at all a driver problem.
