On 27-4-2011- I bought Kingston SDC4/8GB for Samsung E2652 mobile phone, catch few pics of Function at home & was suddenly stop working on 1-5-2011.
Reading your post here I visit Sim Lim Square service center at lamington road (Smartlink Network System limited) with hope will get "On The Spot Replacement", but Smartlink people told me to come after 25 days as they need to send it to check whether it's genuine or fake :S, (what the hell it is, Service Center didn't have tools to check genuineness of product on the spot, are you joking , is it service center or FAST FOOD center who don't have tool to check product for what they appointed to provide Service.
NOW does your service centers working the way they wanted to do or what Kingston asked them to do? You here at TE claiming that Kingston replace product ON THE SPOT, than why they ask me to COME BACK after 25 days.
Now what's the use of buying Kingston Product spending Rs.100-150 more compare to SanDisk. I'm using Sandisk with my SonyEricsson phone from last 4 years or more & even my brother bought 2 GB Sandisk card but NOT A single problem arises till today & your Kingston card suddenly stop working in just 4 days of purchase.
Why should I care when I buy product with Vat paid bill & TRUST ON KINGSTON, it's your look out to provide instruments/machine to every service centers to check genuineness & if you can't AFFORD to provide such instruments to all your authorized service centers than better ..., you brake my TRUST on Kingston brand, either take your word back (on the spot replacement) or better accept Sandisk is way better in build quality compare to Kingston.
I took half day leave from work today & again need to took if BY GODs GRACE Kingston will replaced it (after hidden process of checking, if you are so sure about your process why don't you offer ON The SPOT CHECKING)
Good, my fist experience with Kingston Service Center is very nice & I'm very very happy & will recommend Kingston products to all my friends & foes.
