Hi guys, i have a HP pavilion dv6-1215ee laptop bought july 2009 , i have taken a total care extra 3 year warranty. by last April or so , my battery got fried up and it was not giving me back up, so i went to HP care and they replaced ma battery , now again the same problem and when i check battery in HP software it was showing " replace ur battery " now when i called the hp customer care , they are telling me the battery and power adaptor is not included in the total care warranty

, is to so?
why is this often happening? is it coz of the excess heat produced? should i consider buying a notebook cooler? if so should i go for branded like belkin or any other normal one will do...
