Laptops Laptop Cooler/Wireless mouse Suggestions?

Hi,
I bought the Acer 5738 around 3 weeks back, and i've noticed it gets really hot especially where the HDD is located, i donno if this is normal, but i guess i have to buy a laptop cooler... Any suggestions? I've seen a few Belkin products, but i really have no clue how they perform.
I'd prefer one without external power supply..

Also i'd like to have suggestions on a decent wireless mouse, A good VFM one..

I Ran everest, shows the hdd temp as 55 degree C. is it because i'm using the lappy on the bed? that the vent is being blocked? i have no other option like a table other than the floor(since i'm staying in a pg)
 
Sorry for bumping this somewhat old thread but I too wanna know the price of the product mentioned above and place where I can buy it in bangalore. Thanks :)
