buddy! y not go for win 8.. it seems managing win7 in that is gonna be a handful! i was gonna buy this but after all that driver fuzz im going for the i5 one with win8 already booted.
 
today called HP asking for win7 drivers, to my surprise they said they don`t have the model updated in their database.

Will buying this laptop for sure, will try 7 first if not 8 is there !!

Downloaded both 7 & 8 images yesterday :)
 
contacted hp via mail again provided link to win8 drivers !!

booked laptop just now, 2 varients went out of stock, hope this goes well...

I will update as it happens..
