So I am pretty clueless when it comes to laptops.

Screensize and HD space aren't important as it will mostly be used for surfing.

The only games I play are Dota2 and Diablo 3, so those two should run well.

Other than that, no special requirements.
Budget is around 35k.

Dell Vostro 3446. Has a ULV i3 processor + nVIDIA 820M. Have it in my office and is pretty OK with basic requirements.
 
I have an old model with HD7670M. I played D3 Demo fine. And playing dota2. See if you can get any old stock. Price should also be lower being an old model. But I'm not sure if GT720 would do. In low the games might barely run. dunno.
 
The Dell Vostro 3446 seems decent, will look at some benchmarks for the gpu used in it.

Any other laptops I should be looking at?

basic laptops nowadays usually have similar specs. it all comes down to brand preference.
