And to add onto those warnings, you normally can't access SMART data unless the USB adapter also supports UASP protocol.
And SMART data is crucial for most NAS solutions since they depend on it for pre-warning mail or pre-parity checks etc

Not to mention there's the risk that the parity might not be up-to date if the USB cable gets loose resulting in the drive disconnecting randomly at times.

Warranty up to 1 year can be purchased only through my website, as I will have a record of the same, but I believe it is not necessary to have a warranty as these drives are new. but if you still want peace of mind you can purchase them on the website. (The sale on the website will go live after midnight)

Why is the 16 TB for 19k (1.5k more) on your website while the 14 TB is only 500 more (16k)?

If you use the code "Welcome10," you will get it at the listed price. The price was deliberately higher because if it were listed at the same price and with the coupon code, I would be making a loss on the sale.
