^^ No one can be 100% sure about the other components of your setup. The hard disk is the most likely cause. The fact that you were able to run from a pen drive for more than 6 hrs without problems seems to confirm the case against the HDD. Change it.

i used to have this when free space was very low in my hdd. after i cleaned up, never had the problem. this is on a dell laptop (E5400). Not sure if you are having the problem due to this.

Hey guys, I hooked in brand new sealed pack 250gb wd hdd in it and tried to install windows in it, but all in vain. Then I connected that to my pc and came to know that it have 3 bad sectors in it.

Then I brought my friend's 160gb seagate hdd. First I scanned it and found that it do not have any bad sectors. Then I hooked it and installed windows but again failure. Then I plugged this to my pc and checked out, it incurred 2 bad sectors.

Means every hard disk that is being connected to netbook is getting the blessings of bad sectors.

Please tell me what to do and what should I conclude. :(

Get the netbook checked from service center - no other options left. In the meantime you can visually check the SATA connector of the netbook for any physical damage.
