this is the worst online merchant...ever

I was waiting patiently for the past 15 days for my order to arrive. I had called inbetween once and they had assured me that my order had been forwarded to the despatch team and I would receive the shipping details soon.

However, today they said that I will be getting a refund and that too will come in 10 days. No reason given regarding the cancellation.

So the end result is that they blocked my money for 15 days and they made me waste a Rs.500 off coupon. Also, the same product was available at timtara.com at the same price...now the price has increased there...now I'll have to buy at the new price...so they caused a loss of about Rs.500 to me that way as well...

And not to mention that if everything had gone smoothly, I would have been using said product for the past 10 days. Now it will take another 5 days before I get it. So a total delay of 15 days caused by letsbuy.

I HATE LETSBUY.COM

ps. and the worst part is that their website is displaying the product even now...

What did you order?...Call them again and they mention you used a 500 off coupon and want it reactivated. THey'll abide. They did in my case. Shipped the package to some other destination(different state). Stuff was worth 500 and i had applied 250 off coupon. They Called me and said there had been some goof up with the courier service. They gave me 500 off min 501 coupon and also mentioned that they would refund the amount in 10day(didn't happen though).

Just got my Samsung Hero 2232 (Dual Sim). Got it for 2000 using reliance coupon and cash on delivery. i had placed the order on 08/06/2011.

seal packed and in perfect condition :)

I canceled an order and item has been returned May 18th. I have not yet received the cash back credited my account. Fed up with calling their call centers.

Beware of return items@lets buy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
 
Got my Jabra BT2035 for Rs.850(RCOMLB1). Paid via net banking on June 10th afternoon and it was shipped the same day :) Impressive.
(They took 20 days to ship the phone i ordered via COD. Guess they are giving less importance for COD.)
 
^^my phone was delivered in flat 3 days last week and i had ordered via COD. my guess is their delivery time depends more on the

availability of stock rather then method of payment.

Something similar happened to me.. I ordered 8gb micro sd card on 1st June and i have sent them an email to ship it via DTDC as DTDC has started new franchise near my town. They called me on 4th june saying that its not serviceable area. so i told them the same to sent.Again they called me on 7th saying the same. I told them clearly if they dont deliver i can go there and collect the item. Since it dint come till 11th , i tried calling them , but no use, some bull sh*t please wait tone comes for 5-6 minutes and call gets disconnected. Today i received a call from DTDC office telling there's a courier for me , so i told them to deliver in my address, they said, the address is given as dtdc courier office address...i was like WTF :@:@:@ ..I am sure some dumb a** is there in their despatch department[attachment=8306:14646.attach]
