No food or water will be allowed to be carried into the gaming areas.
No smoking inside the venue. Anybody found under the influence of alcohol or narcotic substances will be removed from the premises.
You are solely responsible for your personal belongings & other equipment, under no circumstance will the organizers / LG / Xtreme Gaming / TIC / Microsoft / Sponsors be responsible for them.
Being in the Public area, The whole venue is under CCTV surveillance & adequate security measures are in place including search of person and belongings. Any illegal activity will be reported to the authorities.
Decision of Xtreme Gaming will be final and binding on all concerns related to gamers / games / tournament / rules / format etc.

THE WINNER HAS TO PAY ALL TAXES ON THE AMOUNT OF THE GIFTS AS PER INDIAN TAXATION LAWS AND WINNER WILL PROVIDE COPIES OF HIS/HER PAN CARD AND IDENTITY PROOF.
If the winner is below the age of 18 year, then the PAN CARD of his or her Parents (Mother or Father) will be accepted and the gift shall be issued in their name. Winning amount shall be paid after deduction of Tax as per prevailing Income Tax Rules.
GIFTS CANNOT BE REDEEMED FOR CASH. GIFTS SHALL TAKE UP TO 1 MONTH TO DELIVER.
There is no participation fee for entering into gaming contest.
All games to be played by the contestant only on the machines provided by LG Electronics India Pvt. Ltd. (LGEIL) or its Agecies/Organisers.
All machines in the gaming consoles are interconnected with each other and graphics/images/game levels shall be displayed simultaneously on each screen when the game starts. Each gaming console consists of ___nos. of computer machines. All contestant play individually on its respective allotted machine. Contestant with the highest score and highest level shall be winner for that session. All winners of each session shall then compete with each other out which 1 winner shall be declared. Sessions are divided into qualifiers round, semi-finals round and final round.
There are no warm-up rounds, Contestants are advised to carefully listen to the instructions of the supervisor/organiser’s representative present at the venue before any attempt to play the game is made. Any misinterpretation or wrong understanding done by the Contestant himself/herself shall his/her sole responsibility which may disqualify him/her from playing any further, without any recourse to LGEIL in any manner whatsoever.
No external devices, including but not limited to, USB or pen drives are allowed inside gaming console by the Contestant.
All games are in 3D format and needs special glasses to be worn during playing games. For some users, the viewing of stereoscopic 3D video technology may cause discomfort such as headaches, dizziness or nausea. If you experience any symptoms, discontinue using the 3D functionality and contact your health care provider. LGEIL owes no responsibility towards any such case and the Contestant use his/her own discretion to participate in this constest. If the Contestant is minor, it is deemed that he/she has consent of his/her parent/guardian by virtue of which the Contestant is participating in the presence of such parent/guardian.
Contestant shall be responsible for its belongings and shall not hold LGEIL or the Organisers responsible for any loss or theft due to such participation and being engrossed in the game playing.
Contestant needs to visit the venue at its own costs and risks. All Contestants need to register themselves and subject to satisfaction of the documents (ID Card, PAN Card) by the officials before entering into gaming area.
