GPad is a steal though at that price. I might get one for myself. My sister is coming down on Christmas so will ask her to carry it for me. Just need to get my MBA sold first.

I'm thinking of picking up iPad Air as per news its launching today I'm thinking of 16Gb only as i would be using purely for movie watching over Wifi , I'm hoping 16GB is good enough since I'm not much into lot of Apps so hoping the 16Gb would be good enough.

Can you guys confirm whether it plays DTS and AC3 5.1 audio over NAS i.e it has some player which can handle the playback smoothly over wifi.

For movies and web surfing, why go for iPad ? Invest in iOS only if you wanna invest in their apps (which no doubt are good). For everything else, there's Android.

Since Air is light which makes it comfortable to hold I'll check out whether Air is available or not in the Mumbai stores.
