No, but I repasted my 2060 and thermal pads were making good contact and GDDR6 memory doesn't get that hot so haven't bother with the thermal pads.
Never needed them so no idea but there are a few options on amazon.

I just hope any specific card become too good for mining specially AMD (as gamers normally prefer nvidia) so people opt for those cards and give some breathing space for others, normalizing demand and supply (atleast somewhat)
