You have to give the details of your entire setup to get a realistic advice as the GPU is not the only item drawing power from the PSU. Also specify if you are oc'ing any item routinely

yes, this gpu will do great with your ps, but like shravank mentioned above it also depends on whether you will/have overclocked your cpu, gpu etc & the rest of the load on the system ofcourse.
