Logistics Scam - Got Scammed Twice via Amazon Shipping

Packing in the courier packets is the biggest mistake you do.
My buyers know rhe way i pack its not easy to open
Also the only courier i use is delhivery or trackon and my return rate is non existent so theres that too
Amazon and ekart and all sucks

Looks like this thread sunk deep into the forum, anyways I'm here with some major updates.

Total Scams : 4
1 - GPU (GT710) and SSD (AntEsports 500gb SATA) - delivered to buyer (had to refund 2500rs)
2 - RAM (1 x 8gb 2400mhz) - delivered to buyer (had to resend a diff ram, 8gb 2666mhz, loss of 900rs)
3 - SSD (samsung gen4 1tb fresh) - rejected after receiving update about scams, also visible sign of tampering on package (package was completely empty upon returning back to origin - refunded 4500rs to buyer)
4 - SSD (hynix gen4 1tb fresh) - delivered to buyer (empty package, had to replace with WD Black SN770 - loss of 4100rs)
5 - SSD (hynix gen4 512gb fresh) - rejected after receiving update about scams, also visible sign of tampering on package (package returned back to origin)

BAIT PACKAGES - Plan Failed Successfully

I sent 2 packages, one with a 512gb NVME (dead), other with Mobo + StockCooler + RAM (mobo dead, ram stick dead), and sent it to 2 diff addresses (involved in scam 2 and scam 5).
Hoping that if it gets stolen this time, I have original packaging videos, I would file complaint, and get money, and recover from the losses I had due to amazon. Guess what, my luck is so terrible, that I could not even have my packages stolen in transit . Both packages reached their destination perfectly fine, not a single scratch on the box.

3rd one, package got RTO (returned to origin), and once it came to me, I made an unboxing video, package was ABSOLUTELY EMPTY (even bubble wraps, thank you cards were missing).
4th one, buyer did not see my messages, accepted the package, made an unboxing video, box empty, no ssd, only bubble wraps.
5th one, returned back to me, had clear signs of cut and tape on the packet, i made an unboxing video, was surprised!

5th order - Hynix BC901 - 512gb Gen4 NVME SSD
-> RTO, I made unboxing video, found the package blank, checked deeper, found my ssd in the packet. So what might have happened is that the thief opened the packet, shook it to bring what's inside, found nothing, taped it and let it go. But I had taped the NVME to the cardboard wall inside the packet, hence it did not fall off without complete teardown. Maybe it's luck, but this single order, came back totally fine, and I resent it to the buyer.
Unboxing video for this order - https://drive.google.com/file/d/1TLNxSt14KWVwJ_eV8bSHXcxsEIv2kI6K/view?usp=drive_link
-> HOWEVER, I did raise a ticker on iCarry (shipping aggregator), that my package was rejected by buyer, then how does it have these cuts and tapes over it. To which, iCarry clearly denied service with a crappy reason saying I did not raise the complaint ticket within 72hrs from delivery of the package, and closed off my ticket.
Package reached back to me on 18th June, I raised ticket on 20th June, hardly 48hrs, and they just managed to make it an excuse and closed off the ticket. (conversation screenshot below)

4th Order - Hynix PC801 - 1tb Gen4 NVME SSD
-> Ticket raised, shared packaging video and unboxing video, all done from my end.
Current status : Pending Support Response (which is pending since last 4 days)

3rd order - Samsung PM9A1 - 1tb Gen4 NVME SSD
-> Ticket raised, all necessary information shared, problem escalated to courier team.
Current Status : Work in Progress (for last 10 days)

Also, after I have informed the courier guy that such things are happening with my packages, maybe he informed this to the office or what, this thing has totally stopped.
Could be that he was the one stealing (low chances, cuz my packages are such that it will take a good 20min to have it opened, and packed back up) or maybe the thief was caught at workplace, and fired from job.

One thing is sure, I will post against iCarry and Amazon Shipping across all known social media platforms, tagging each one of them, and would ask every possible person I know to react and comment on that post, so that it catches their attention.
This sort of a response from one of the top logistics team, and this third grade service support from iCarry, is unacceptable.

Will keep you guys updated for more stories.
It's like if I make a profit of 6k a month, I lost 20k at an instant!

It's the best thing you can do at the moment, and it also raises awareness among other shippers.

Justice will be paid for the righteous (Hope iCarry resolve the matter) @TechnologyHell. It's a lesson for all of us to videotape everything from packing to unpacking.
