Packing in the courier packets is the biggest mistake you do.
My buyers know rhe way i pack its not easy to open
Also the only courier i use is delhivery or trackon and my return rate is non existent so theres that too
Amazon and ekart and all sucks

Had a similar issue with TV purchases to GJ, luckily Amazon marked parcel as lost and refunded the amount. But still was a headache and massive PITA.

Ordered to Mumbai and sent via transport then.
