Looking for a good landline phone

Hi,
I'm looking to replace my BSNL landline phone with one with more features. Most important of them being good quality spearkerphone and caller ID. Any additional bells and whistles would be great.
So does anyone have any recommendations on what might be the best for this? (Budget is under 2.5K)

Oh I wasn't aware that Tata Indicom had landline phones.
Will probably have a look at what they have on offer.
