Looking for a portable laptop on steroids at less than 80K.

Just to clarify - X220 doesn't come with an IPS display any more. There was a blog post on the lenovo site regarding the same. The only laptop with an IPS display is the HP Elitebook.

Can you post a link please ? I could not find anything about the IPS screen being discontinued.

Sunny, I didn't understand your reply. Do you mean to say that it would not void warranty, or the opposite?

I meant it would not void the warranty.

BTW, this is the screenshot of the x220 I configured for myself. I paid my friend who lives in the US -- awaiting delivery by Aug/Sept:-

Thanks for the posts. I'll definitely consider the X220 now vs the MBA 11".
