90K+ Looking for a value PC 1440p gaming build

I have pretty much finalized all the parts except for GPU. I have a hard time justifying any GPU at this moment.

Radeon 7800 XT, 6800, or even 7700 XT is few GPUs that I am considering.

what I am looking for is a GPU which provides best value for price. I am not necessarily looking for a cheap GPU or budget GPU, but the one that provides good value for the price.

Currently I have a GTX 1070. I bought it in 2016. that card served me well for solid 8 years. It was expensive at that time, but it was of very good value I would say.

Below is what I have come up with so far. looking for any suggestion/feedback on what can be improved.

If you are considering 7800XT, you can pay 5k more and get 7900 GRE.
and 7800XT and 6800 have 16 gb vram - for 1440p, they should age like wine.
 
any particular reason to choose a micro atx board and a full atx case? why not get a standard atx board which would be a little cheaper?
 
Brother you have a lot of components missing in this build. Given the list it gives me an impression that you're not based in India. Please confirm so I can help accordingly.
 
Are you buying in USA or India?

You can get a better mobo & RAM honestly speaking, make it a top priority. You can opt for an ATX mobo with 3x M.2 slots for easy SSD upgrades. Also, no reason to save a few bucks by going for a RAM lower than 6000MHz CL30.

Other potential changes that can be made in order of priority are a CPU cooler (stock cooler is not that good), PSU (750W gold should be good for any PC upgrades in future) & a better cabinet.
