hey thanx for enquiring about the adapter..but i got one for myself from the shop private ryan was talking about ...the shopkeeper had the ad 49 with him ..almost 10-15 pieces ..but he did not know it was called ad 49 . so i showed him a pic..and then he said..that he has it..
and the best part is i got it just for 200 bucks !!:clap:
i know the ones u get for 200-300 are not original but i tested it with a friends i pod headphones and its really rocking ..actually cant put the volume to max .its just too loud ..and theres a bit distortion so..u gues when i get the ep-630..it will sound really good..
To tell u the truth, most of the mobile shop owners there are dumb idiots and they dont know $hit about even half of the stuff they've got..and the maaru guy is no less an idiot...i remember when i had bought the 6233 in april, i had asked him for the ad49 adapter....even then, he said tht he didnt know of any such adapter as ad46/49....so i had to show him a pic of the adapter which i had stored in the phone...n then he was like, ahh yes, i hav it...n he had a good stock of those ad49 adapters..only he didnt know what they were called..!!
I suggest u do the same thing...take a pic of the ad49 in ur cellphone n show it to him...maybe it'll help him brush up his puny little memory..:lol:
N if unfortunately, he still doesnt have it, just pay him some advance n ask him to get one for u...imo, its still available n he shud be able to procure it easily..:

yeah u were rite dude,.these guys really dont know what they are selling..as soon as i showed the guy at MARU nx ..a pic of ad 49..he removed it from a box..and handed over to me..i didnt have a headphone with me so i asked him if he had one so that i could check it before buying ..
he gave me a sony ericcson HP ..and when i connected it ..there was lots of distortion ..so then i called up a frnd and tested the adapter with the stock i pod headphones and the sound was really nice..
so just got it..for 200 bucks..tried bargaining but didnt have much time and he was also kind of not ready..to reduce the price ..
by the was just wanted to ask you weather these adapters which we get for 200-300 are original ? i am sure they must not be original but..still how long do they last ??...
and yeah if any one needs the ad 49..i can arrange for one..
