WTB Looking for ryzen cpu 2600, 3600, 2700, 5500 etc supporting win 11 & a 1tb hdd or ext hdd

I am thinking of upgrading cpu of my secondary pc so that it can support windows 11..
My current cpu is capable enough for my usage but wish to upgrade to win 11 via proper way (and I won't mind some extra processing power )
Anything from 2600 to 5600 can do..

I am also looking to increase storage of my ext music hdd for streaming from 500 to 1tb
