I have purchased many things from him . Went to his shop . Got 2 hard drives [ 640 + 1tb ] / Logitech game pad / Razer mantis control , would agree that he gives best prices in Chandigarh . Customer service would be okay coz he takes lots of time and at times i even got excuses . I would buy in future too but i don't like his boastful attitude esp. when the tone in which talks to u , coz at times first time is the last impression for some . If he molds that properly , could be even better .
I bought a Sennheiser MX760 using the 25% discount coupon on 12th Feb.
Mr Amarbir called up twice to confirm the order as I had not paid the first time around since I had selected CC Avenue payment which charges extra. I finally paid maybe on the 14th or so.
However I was disappointed to know that the earphone was out of stock and I came to know about it only 1 week later after following up.
The earphone was discontinued it seemed and Amarbir offered to transfer the 25% discount coupon to the Yuin Pk3 instead which was costing Rs 500 more. I finally got the earphones only in the first week of March which is almost 3 weeks after I placed my order.
In the end I was happy with the Yuins but it was a bit unprofessional to have to wait for so long to come to know that stock was not available.
Again I must stress that I am happy with the deal overall since I got a proper bill and I got a good deal on the Yuins (which weren't available on discount). However the deal could have gone a lot smoother (and faster) if I was informed before paying that stock was not available.

Got a pair of Brainwavz M2 during the 25% off offer. All went through smoothly. It was nice to get a confirmation call from him to clarify terms of the discount, good touch. Tracking details were sent, but the Thirupathi Courier website didn't seem to have it updated even after I received my package.

Though My Visit Was Only Till Monday ,But i am sorry to state that As some of you would be knowing that Our eldest Living Family Member and Wife Of Our States CM Sardar Prakash singh Badal Expired On Tuesday In PGI Chandigarh .I Had To Go Back To My Village .How Much Time Would I Be Here "I Have No Idea " .Hence I would Like To Write The Following For The Clients .
