What ever is banned in USA has no bearing in india,and this is india, you can do whatever you like here, there are no law and order crap shit like in US,

Would have bought if it made exception for owners phone.get very irritated when people start receiving call in the middle of procedures.

i think what Aces means is that, you double check with concerned people on the legality of selling this device in India
any person can sell such things on ebay and not be traced at all, but you have a registered shop and file tax
Its better to double confirm such things than to have issues later

Yes ,

100% Its Legal And As a MOD He Has Full Duty to Question Me Also .But If any One Of you Find Anything Related To This Its Better Not To Sell ,But i Think Its Fine .
