heating issue will haut you later on. I personally use M2 Pro 13 inch and it can reach upto 106 degrees when under load for my work purpose.

I don't think it is an issue for most people who are buying a thin and light laptop. He is probably doing CPU heavy tasks such as video rendering or running complex code for a long time. I can guarantee that it is the fastest laptop that most people have ever used by a mile. Nothing in the Windows or linux space comes close to these M* macbooks. If one's requirements can be met by running MacOS, then one shouldn't even look at any other laptop.
Look at my M1 Macbook pro's battery use in the last 10 days. It is mostly web browsing on Firefox, but still nothing in the Windows space comes close. There is no fan noise. No heat. No nothing.
