There are few of them which allow you online registration with a random US address in that city and using that library card number you can use the Libby app

Just came across this and consider my curiosity piqued Don't they need a valid address proof document? I'd looked into it a couple of years ago and got stonewalled at that step. Any specific ones that don't require a proof of address?

Give any random address of same zip code. Mcdonald, bank, random restaurant. Doesn't matter.

My workplace allows a library membership, so I have one for digital British Council library that works with Libby.
