If just glancing the Rules was the issue, no one will be banned or post against the rules.

i don't want the mods to guide me for everything.That is not the point here.

The point is, Improvement in the sales template. We can implement the changes directly to it so lesser mistakes happen.
it will benefit everyone.Mods will not have to spend time doing unnecessary editing on Sales threads.
that is why i addressed to mods regarding it.
if we don't give them feedback and suggestions, How are they going to make necessary amends ?

You're suggesting item condition "Sealed" to be changed to something like "Sealed items not allowed - thread will be deleted" right? That would certainly have helped in your case.

But what about the other rules, should they be ignored by others since they were not mentioned in the form, because they were deemed less important? Those guys will post and use the same logic as you. How would you respond to them?

Selecting item condition is MANDATORY, so everyone posting a new sale thread will Read it.
and Not proceed further. So it will not just benefit my case but everyone.
 
Arei Bhai simple and straight. Rules padhnei ka and then post krnei ka. It is expected of everyone.
Itna post krdiya to rules bhi padh sktei hai sab.
Kuch points valid hai pr still atleast rules to padhne bntei hai and apnei ko update rakhna bnta hai aur koi na padhei to fir yato ban hoga ya thread delete.

Bro i am not denying that we should read the rules, but we can sometimes forget/ skip / unaware of some changes.
So, if we implement the rules in Thread Template, it will reduce the chances of wrongful postings as everyone will go through that template before posting the thread.
it will act like checkpost.

Two to three days is a lot less, it must be one month testing warranty sad to see the buyer has to experience this situation instead of a swift transaction
