mATX AGP Mobo + Proccy

I require a micro ATX Motherboard (which can support AGP cards)+ Processor combo. This is to replace my cousin's PIV compaq motherboard that conked out recently.

He wants to re-use the existing DDR RAM + AGP card + IDE HDDs and DVD writers so I'm guessing, he justs needs to replace the processor and motherboard.

He has a 250W Compaq power supply(don't know if this is relevant). Please post your offers and expected price.

Hey sydras, am planning to sell off my amd x2 3600+ (dual core) and the motherboard (ASROCK AM2NF6G-VSTA) Its got a pci-e slot though and and inbuilt nforce 6100 gfx. Its got Sata as well as IDE ports ...

Both mobo and proccy are in excellent working condition, presently running on Windows 7..
