what i do is call on nodal desk and get it sorted.
right now i have kept balance of just 1 paisa.
and i will maintain this way.

thats sad customer service, may be it depends on the location, i got them to deactivate such services 5-6 times and got refund in 2-3 mins max :)
 
docomo and indicom both are sad services.

only part i enjoy is daily packs for fun of it and that also is stopped as i use skype for int.calls so docomo is loosing their also.

regarding location,their cc call center is in pune for both maharashtra and mumbai circle.

those are some of the most gavathi/gawaar cc guys i have seen.

why i still use it is --2 gb internet valid for one yr for 61 rs. is what keeping me on it.

i dont use gprs much.so far over 8 months i have used 1 gb out of 2gb of the year.

this is only reason i stick with it.

whenever i am in 3g area,i get to use it also.
 
Friend uses some sms pack on vodafone which gets him more than 100 sms pack per day.
So this rule is still not implemented i think.
Regarding the docomo thing their first 3 sms are charged and next 97 are free for the day.
Their dive in settings i remember is used only to surf their home page for free.
So other than that i guess you just avoid their dive in settings.
 
i dont even have those settings on my phone.

they randomly do this business.

so far i have lost 80 rs..

recovered 70 from nodal desk.

its petty stuff.

@all who pm'ed me. Seems docomo was tracking my posts :P.
Therefore, the tuning now does not quite work :(

Recharged my DOCOMO SIM with Rs. 69/- which makes all local/STD calls @ 1ps/2sec.
Now daily Rs. 1 is going on SMSes :@

I guess its time to give the brand new mobile number portability a test drive :D
 
Oh well it may be 27 sep for all but as a airtel subscriber i been facing this from last few months as they implemented this few months ago. sad Failtel

Nope. Docomo too. Got their message today. Only 100 SMS allowed per day with effect from 27-Sep-11.

You wish......It's a stupid decision. not that i use sms much. send 1-2 sms/day. but it seems idiotic to think that spam would be limited by restricting the nunber of sms that a single SIM can send...

Don't be releived, since I think that your ordeal will continue. After all one can send messages from lots of different numbers too.
