AIML Meet ChatGPT (Artificial Intelligence), good alternative to Google?

Can be treated as an industrial error or accident ? The companies involved in creating and configuring AI agent should be on hook ?
I don't think the lawyers at most of these companies would be happy hearing that.
The basis of any legal action lies on the understanding that there is ultimately a person or group of people directly responsible for decision and action.

In case of AI - who is that? the AI agent? The developer?
The developer doesn't have the foggiest about what the neural network is doing on its own.

That is the company who created the AI.
