You should stick to trying to sell your stuff instead of trying to take a moral high-ground on this thread. Especially when you are trying to sell stuff you got for free, when there's a dozen other "constructive" things you could do with it.
Replying to your inane comment wouldn't be constructive but might as well do it. Logically, it is constructive for me to sell it and keep the cash when I already have a copy for my own purposes. Besides, the buyer gets it at a reduce price (assuming they're not the "pirate" type) and I offload something that's no use to me. There, hope that satisfies you.

I didnt want to post this here but looks like I will have to.

The PM was not complain about you :P

I have seen other members openly sell OEM Antivirus keys, win 7 OEM keys and lets not forget the windows 7 Student keys which was sold at 800-1000 Rs per key and what not.

AFAIK, resale of OEM keys is not allowed but I remember several members creating a GO for the same.

Even reselling student keys is against Microsoft's EULA.

Now people dont start flaming me :P
Lol, no I'm an Indian student, as far as I know you have to be an American student with a valid ID to get that Academic version at some 70 dollars or something. My friends in the states have that but I have to buy it at full price only. Besides this isn't a Student key anyway, like I said - Product Key Card (PKC) version of Office 2010 Professional. It's there in the pictures i've posted as attachments.

I don't have any problem with you selling your stuff. I do have a problem with you trying to claim a moral high ground with "only I bother with the original software" crap ESPECIALLY when you are trying to sell stuff you WON for free.

I do not even know how you relate the two issues right there. I spent money on a lot of original stuff. I'm trying to recover it now.

I'm unable to find buyers partly because of the cost of original software and mostly because pirated stuff is available easily. It's that simple.

Stick to selling your stuff on this thread. Do not pass judgments on what others do or do not do. It's that simple.

Perhaps you should stick to making offers via PM or posting stuff relating to this thread regarding the sale instead of indirectly saying let pirates have their way too.. and crapping my thread repeatedly.

Yes, I must be a pirate for not agreeing with you, wouldn't I?

I'll let someone else be a judge of that after reading all the posts you've made :P

Like I said, you're still trolling on a trading thread.

OP Contact any software retailer, seller or distributor or hardware suppliers in your area, offer him/her good commission over sale & you done it.

Said the man selling goods of questionable origin.
I have provided more than enough evidence of the origin of said software/key including the exact pictures of the email I have received. I have not attempted to hide any detail and I have clarified everything anyone has asked of me. I have nothing more to say to you.

Hi the Pricing u've quoted seems kinda high keeping in mind that ur offering 1 installation(license), and where as retail comes with 3 user licenses , link below says its for home and small business only, but its the same case with professional too, as i own one myself and working fine on 3 machines with updates and activated

Please check here :

Office 2010: Which suite is right for you? - Microsoft Office

when we say complimentary, its similar to windows 7 launch party thing, remember!

EULA on that promo strictly said no reselling, but dunno about this one

@kunaldua - The morality does not lie in someone wanting to sell stuff that they won, who says that isn't right?

He won it, does not need it, wants to sell it, I don't see a problem in that.

If you want to buy the original software, go ahead and do it. This is a sale thread, not a Pirated vs Original software debate.

If anyone out there wants to buy it, they will, no need to bring in the whole "I have my morals, I buy software" crap here.

If you buy a car, and get 2 more as a prize, wouldn't you want to sell at-least one and make money?

1 The retail license terms for Office Home and Student 2010 allow for installation on up to three home computers. Not intended for use in any commercial, nonprofit, or revenue generating business activities, or by any government organization.

Please note that in the page you've linked sir. MS Office 2010 Professional does not have a multiple license option either in the retail or in the Key card digital download version.

3 licenses are offered only for the Home and Business edition which comes with a limited program set as can be seen on that same linked page.

But please send me your offers. Just because I'm looking for 16k does not mean I will not be willing to bargain down to a lower price depending on what the buyer's situation is.

Please quote me a reasonable price and I will definitely consider it.

@orangewrath - I objected to OP's "Piracy.. the bane of people like me who go for original stuff" remark, not the sale.

What he said is very much true, If there was no way of getting the software by other means, someone would have bought this.

That's 2 devices, not 3. I agree with that. The price is still low. Send me your offer and I'll consider it.

Ya, that's an opinion. Yours, and his. Why bring that up in a "FS" thread? That's all I am saying.
