bro it is under warranty so how come i service it outside m.s service center and bro i m not using this keyboard for past 2 21/2 months but i have check the keyboard before shipping and it was working normally and i was suppose to rma it only to get a fresh piece not for any keyboard problem but their service centre is shifting to another place so they told me to come after 15 to 20 days to their new service centre so that it can be rma'ed by the way sir if you don't mind just rma it the serial number is written in the box check it online and kindly do the RMA

did you just sell a defective keyboard? Why would you even think of RMA if it was working fine?
