^^ FP has free shipping to India by regular mail. Shipping charges apply only if you use other options like Fedex.
 
I had ordered a 1 cent led torch too. Haven't yet come after 1.5 months! May be this is a strategy, sell something for 1 cent and never send it. People won't bother asking for it, forgetting 1 cent, and company gets free money!

& that site sent me item "shipped out" confirmation mail. let's see..
