Mobile Handset Price Reduced by 40%

Has the price of SE w550 come down too..somebody pls tell me the current price..i'm in a huge dilemma choosing between the w550 and the k750i..but all tht depends on the price difference..
the good thing about the w550 is the stereo speakers which i think sounds better than the k750i's..the bad part is lack of mem card support..as far as cam is concerned..dont really care much..
Also whts like the best place to buy it in mumbai?

Do u guys think tht big bazaar really sells cell phones at lower prices than other outlets or is it just some marketing shit..asking this cos i was thinking of buying it from thr..:)

Don't go for Branded Electronics Products like DVD, Mobile etc with Malls, if still you wanna check just inquire about same product in near by Retail Shops and than only go with Malls.

Last time when BB offer SALE on 15th August - I found LG DS 9533 for 3500 with them but my dealer quote Rs.3200 without any bargain and I bought from Local Dealer.

At same time Rediff and local dealer offer One Famous Handset (can't recall it but may be N70/72) for 16k but BB put Sale board on Mobile Counter and Price for same Mobile Was 17.4k FIXED.
 
^^yeah rit..i was myself suspicious about the whole discount sh*t at bb...but i still dont know where else to buy the cellphone from..pls let me know of some reliable shops in mumbai..location is not a problem...will go..:ohyeah:
 
Even the price of Nokia N72 has gone down to around 13k from 15k, price of Nokia N70 to dropped to 14.5k from around 16.5 k.

3 months before you Buy N72 for 15K, 11 days before hanzy grab it for 11.6k and not he said you may get N72 for 11.4k. So you can say N72 price slashed Near by 25%:)

Actually, the scheme is on the LG M4410 under exchange for 4990/-(INR) with a working mobile phone+charger.
Some catches.
1. Carry In Warranty only with service centers they list.
2. 64MB memory expandable upto 128mb (Max)
3. Talk time of 2.5 Hrs.

Had a look at the phone in Big Bazaar today on my way back from coll as a friend had to pick up a new cell and wanted to check out the deal.
They have plenty of pieces to sell.

Though the phone was good looking, the features attractive, the main things which put off the buy were battery life...the guy there was unsure about how long will the phone last in standby mode...he said a day or two. He said talktime was 3 hrs but I presume it to be less. Memory also a downer.

PS: I forgot to add that the handset under the scheme is available only in silver color.
 
So any Price Reduction is there after this Budget?

I hear that all sort of Prices going to Rise, especially with Pen Drive (Sorry OT)
