Last evening a monster knocked on my door, i had to take it in.

Take a look at the monster,

















































The monster came in a ABS disguise since it came from the USofA but actually it is fathered by a certain asian artisan named "Lian Li" who prefers to call it the TYR 2000.

The monster is for my cousin, not me of course. I am gonna get to use it for a week or so.

The damages are about 47K+.

Its making the 50PV80 look punny.

Any puneit is welcome to have a look as its definitely drool worthy stuff. FYI completely hand crafted by Lian Li.

PS:The pics are in reverse order and i am too lazy to correct it.
 
Son of a gun... I'm not a puneit, but I'm planning to come down to Pune this weekend. PM me your address, I might as well come and check this monster myself. :)
 
What! 47K for a cabby , i got my entire new rig for that amount.

Either u r super rich or stupid to invest that much in a cabby.

You cud have got a Kick Ass Core i7 Setup.

47k for just some empty space is a lot to spend. :p

Nothing can justify spending 47k for a cabby. Nothing. But then that's just me turning green with jealousy!

More than the cabinet, I'm dumbfounded by its price. Congrats to your cousin.
 
OK lets put a few things in perspetive.

He's got a Rampage II extreme, which is an inch longer and wider, also the PCI-E slots are awkwardly positioned. So he had to get a cabbie as large as this to go for a SLI/CF setup. Still confused as hell on that though. Currently he has two GTX280 SSCs in SLI.

Did anyone notive the way to installl hdds in this one? This sure wiuld come at a premium, the accessories provided also pwn the compeition.

And as quadmaster rightly said he's both rich and st00pid. We tried to reason with him against the cab but simply wont listen.

This thing weighs 28KGs and the baccha is all of ~45 kg dunno how he's gonna work with this. :p
 
You could have got any server cabby , that would have just done it.

It would not have been as bling bling as Lian Li though.

But its your money at the end of the day amd i have no right to say how u spend it. :)
 
Whats the point of arguing now....money paid,has been delivered... now just enjoy the beauty... :)
EDIT : how did you get it delivered.... Direct or KMD...??
 
hmm, isnt this case avail for around 21k in the US, so how come its 47k here.Looks uber cool though ,but i would have suggested the xaser 6 to him for around 12k lol which would have been around the same dimensions

NO offense but this is sick. Take care of ur cousin man...... he needs some attention :D

Edit: Btw if u and ur bro dont mind, i would like to have a look a look at all invoices for this purchase. (bill of entry, tax invoice, everything..... ). Just for knowledge.....

The lowest we could find was 599.99 on NE.
