LGA775 has support for DDR2 as well as DDR3, based on the chipset. Hence that would not matter.

I have a MSI P43-C51 and an Intel X48 in excellent condition. Let me know if interested. Location bangalore.

i have 6 gb ddr2 ram so interested only for ddr2 mobo, that support 8/16gb ram
